NONONO. Not pinned him down. Cornered him in an area behind a Barracade.he guy had the back pak and came out of a suspected house. Whe the police asked him to stop.......he ran. Then doen into the tube (subway) and then got cornered. He Still would not comply and the cops thought that he had explosive in his back pac. A few head shots curbed any worries that he may detonate the explosives...........don't run from the cops. And if you need proof of my don't run theory. The jails are overcrowded and the courts or overbooked. if you didn't murder or steal too much they're gonna let you go. Why run???
