Apparently the guy left his Iphone, calls and tells employees about it. They say yah we got it right here no prob come and get it. Well the guy had nudes of his wife on the phone and apparently the employee(s) posted the pics to the web. Now MickyDickys is being sued.

So what you will want to do is download said program and unzip that file, your gold awaits inside. I personally am not uploading shit that had to do with a lawsuit, I found these somewhere and I am leaving them right where I found them. :bigthumb:

my guess neither side is contesting the actual facts of the case. the only real issue i can see for a vicarious liability claim on mcdonalds is whether the worker who uploaded the nude photos was acting "within the scope of employment." i think that is quite clearly a no.

on that note, i agree settlement is likely. i would not be surprised if mcdonalds threw them a few g's just to make it go away.
