I'm a football player and i take my health and nutrition very seriously. But, everyone once in a while my friends invite me to bars and clubs. To keep healthy i assumed soda is better than beer. And drink it while I'm out.Though i don't normally drink it. Is this smart? Or would the beer be healthier than the coke?

prolly doesn't make much of a difference, they have similar calorie counts

yeah I would say they are both crap for ya a beer would prolly be ok if it were only one or two.

I think that beer would be much better for you then coke.[ When you are out with your friends] Water is the best drink for you, but when you and your friends are out drinking, it is ok to have a few beers. Do you like wine or whisky? If you like wine, drink a red wine it is so much better for you then white. Do not drink too much. It is so nice when you can party with friends.

Beer is healthier than coke. They said that beer adds blood to our body maybe because if you are drunk you can get to sleep easily. And coke has coffin, you can sleep if you drink coffee and coke. I feel better with beer than coke.
