A vin number
a last name at home
the main street near his neighborhood(not that big of an area)
and a pic of his house but no address shown.

its in tallahassee fl off of ocala rd and tennessee. I sold a car to a guy and i cant get in touch with him. i still have the title and i found out his email. I also have his last name and the vin at home. I could try to contact the DMV and get the address if hes registered it. those people are notorious for not helping though!. I was wondering also how to look up his ip address or some info on the usernames he has. how do you do that?

pm sent. i will have more info tonight. i have the title still to the car(not a dumbass!!) and a signed payment agreement/ bill of sale with specified terms. He owes me 3000 remaining and gave me 2k down on the 17th of last month. HE agreed to pay 500 per mos. I could report it and get the car back and resell it or something if he isnt on the up and up. I saw him driving it the other day.
