gona BBQ in a few hours. im gona need help making hamburgers. i dont know wtf to season them with. got some burger seasoning from costco but is that enough?

KC Masterpiece Steak seasoning with garlic. Comes in a 6 oz shaker bottle. make your patties put a dusting on both sides and grill your burger. it is quick easy and tastes great.Oh don't forget the Orowheat onion buns a fresh slice of tomato and a fresh slice of onion. and melt a thick piece of cheddar cheese over the pattie in the final minutes of grilling.

the burgers were great. im full as fawk, the rest of them are still BBQ outside. im just gona hang inside uploading "My Journey : In search for rice" pics. lighting dial-up speed kicks ass.

fuck garlic salt, use garlic powder or fresh crushed garlic.

Nothing beats fresh garlic, nothing.

..or use nothing at all. Lightly pat the hamburger into nice 1/4-1/2 pound patties (don't squish them). Place directly on a hot grill, flip them ONLY ONCE and try not to press them with a spatula. Add cheese like real cheddar or hunks of swiss during the last 2-3 minutes with the lid closed..

Then dress them up on nice big Kaiser buns slathered with a little mayo mixed with fresh horseradish, topped with crisp lettuce, fresh tomato and thinly sliced or minced garlic (just a tad). Sprinkle fresh ground pepper over the whole she-bang and voila! You have a perfect, fresh, juicy burger.

i used hamburgur seasoning, garlic powder, and thats basically all. it was great.
