I was driving my dad's SHO down to FLA cuz one of my friends was getting married.....anyways on the way a WRX cut me off, then sprayed his windshield wiper fluid......i was soooo pissed.....anyways i geared down then punched it and got next to him......We played around a couple times, with me pulling every time.......I definitely expected more from a WRX, but i guess the AWD is kinda parasitic on the highway.  Anyways later that weekend after the wedding i was on the way from Orlando to Titusville (where we were staying) and i saw an SVT Focus......i got exited, cuz i LOVE those cars......so i drop to 3rd and jump the nose once to see if he/she wants to play..........they do, so we both go at about the same time and i nose out on him, but not as bad as i thought......D*MN those cars are faster than i expected, i was impressed.....we raced several more times with me pulling a little each time....one time he kept up for little while.....i never beat him as bad as i expected.

WRX bleed off boost in the upper rpms and stuff....ask stockfornow he knows more

SVT focus needs about 20 more HP stock.... guess its just trying to be a ford i guess
they got the suspention & balance right, just need to get those acceleration times down

the SHO has pretty much every bolt-on available for it, which isn't a whole lot, it's pretty fast tho. *Intake, 73mm MAF, y-pipe, cat-back, UDP's, superchip, maybe a few other things that i can't think of.......and hella suspension mods. * Also 17x7 Cobra R rims....actually they were made by Ford for the SVT T-bird that they never produced, but they fit perfectly on a SHO....look sweet too.

Yeah if that Focus had a little more power it would own....i was still impressed tho, i would definitely drive one

do you know anything about the turbo coupes?

I think those are the kinda rims i bought from allen.  You have to have this weird spacer plate to make the lugs line up right.  I didnt really like them because it increased the stress angle and they stuck out a little in front but they looked hella better than stock.

turbo coupes...the t-birds....i know a little.....i think they have an intercooler that the SVO mustangs didn't have...I'd definitley like to have one to play with......but i think i'd yank the engine out and sell the t-bird body...then maybe put it in a 4cyl Ranger......that would be a sleeper

YEA I DINT KNOW THE FOCUS WAS THAt bad i knokw some one who had one and was racin and ran off the road and fliped it 3 times and he was only doin like 65 or osmething
