$4 at the gas pump, how would you guys/gals respond to this? Just wondering because I see so much drivers with big cars out there and can't help but think how they can continue to drive like this.

Never stopped me from leisure driving.

Just get a bike if you're concerned with gas prices.

Its dancing around 3.8 around my area. In the city it probably reached it already :( How does it affect you guys?

$3.75 here.

Luckily I don't drive to work. School on the other hand...

3.85 for regular here. I bought a 4cyl jeep not to long ago for DD. gets around twice the mileage of the RX.

3.75 for regular here (4.50 for diesel?!).

I bought a 2cyl Nighthawk not to long ago for DD.

I have a Geo-ota Prizolla. It gets 35 MPG even with the A/C on the whole time. I don't really go out driving much anymore, but that doesn't really have much to do with the price of gas.

Damn, I gotta change my air filter and trans fluid.

its like 3.60 here. I turn off my engine going down hills, draft like mfer, coast as much as I can. I'm about to retune my jeep for summer. I'm getting about 14mpg and that will jump to about 18 with the retune. I am also buying a new dirtbike pretty soon (maybe even today)

I'm thinking about buying a SAFC in the future for my Tracer, just so I can tune the fuel maps for better efficiency. POWER IS NOT AN OPTION.

Just stick a resistor on a sensor somewhere or add a bleeder valve to your fuel line.

I paid 4.09 for diesel 3 weeks ago. At 620 miles on this tank, almost time for more fuel. Cost $45 last time.

$15 a week is killing me!

It would suck if I were still driving my RX. I got like 12.5 MPG with it.

It will NEVER pay for itself.

Especially since you have a O2 sensor that will keep you at 14.7:1 on cruise no matter what you set that SAFC to.

I suppose I should get a A/F sensor gauge first.

Wont do much good with only a narrowband, all you'll know is if you're stoich, lean, rich, or very rich.

Good enough or me. I need more gauges.

The top things on the list are getting the trans fluid changed and changing my air filter.

SAFC isn't going to help gas mileage at all, whether you blow $500 on an AFR gauge and SAFC or not.
