I have read some frightening facts about how the underground right here in our country is flammable because of what the energy companies have done while mining and extracting gas and oil. There's a huge supply of gas right under this entire continent, but according to this article, the out of control tapping of the resources have made all of the interconnected reserves into an expansive underground Bomb, the size of which is said to be of Biblical proportions. I now know how the earth will get knocked off its axis, and why the sun won't shine for days, and why people will hide in caves as debris falls
from the sky. I also know why we're looking to the middle east for our energy sources, and even why the president himself has bought land in South America. How coincidental is it that our country's leaders are closely tied with the energy companies. If you really want to know what they can't tell us, do some research, and start here:
The first article on their list shows how the ground can burn and how the energy companies are really not acting in our best interests, but the real concern is covered in the second article.

Tofuball 02-19-2008, 07:57 AM You need to get out more, have you been off your meds?
I believe in the rapture, so I don't need meds, but thanks for your concern. Did you bother to read any of the info?

Regardless of your rapture position, you still need your meds.
Tofu, are you a premill pretrib rapturist like yzf?
Tofuball 02-19-2008, 08:30 AM Hey, you're still here.
I thought by the form of your post you were just another spam bot that wouldn't come back, but since you're here . . .
How in the world does believing in the rapture make you not need meds?
Besides that, what are you hoping to accomplish with that site? It's making rather outlandish claims based on snippets of scripture taken out of context and even so they don't support your argument.
Also, a lot of this is just taking some snip-it of a prophecy (Even those already fulfilled) and just cutting a few lines out and saying "This applies to America!!!!"
Where are you actually making a case for anything? Where is the logical call to action?

End-times studies aren't really my forte, but it seems likely (to me) that pretrib is it.

You're wrong about them taking snippets of scripture and using them out of context. If you studied the Bible for any length of time, you'd see what's true. The situation created underground is real. If you don't think the energy companies are stirring up trouble underground, then why the big blast at an oil refinery in Big Springs, Texas just yesterday? It says the blast sent black smoke billowing into the sky, and forced the closure of schools and an interstate. The mayor's wife said it was extremely scary. You shook you were so scared. Our walls shook. It jolted your bed. It was like an earthquake." It's in today's newspaper. I suppose you think she just needs meds as well.

kevin, can we move this to "conspiracy theories"?
So you think the Bible is a conspiracy?
no, I don't
Well, I'm showing where to find true Biblical teaching. Hope you learn something.

Tofuball 02-19-2008, 09:38 AM You're wrong about them taking snippets of scripture and using them out of context.
Seriously, one of your articles is just a row of snipits from Jerimiah referencing ISRAEL and you said nothing in the whole article except to end it with "THIS APPLIES TO AMERICA!!!!"
It doesn't get more clear cut that it's a crazy leap then that. You're seeing a link here that obviously doesn't exist, you need to sit back and view scripture in light of scripture, not some doctrinal belief you might have been raised with.
"Israel" NEVER refers to America just like "The Church" NEVER refers to a building.
If you studied the Bible for any length of time, you'd see what's true. The situation created underground is real.
And there's the leap to something totally unrelated!
There wasn't even a "this caused this" or "this is because of this" you just lept!
I can tell you one thing I learned from my studies, and that is that we are warned time and time again against false teachers. Teachers have quite a burden on them, are you sure you're qualified to take that burden?
There will be wars and rumors of wars, etc etc. Natural and unnatural disasters have been happening for quite a long time, let the pagans be the ones who jump at every storm and wave, calling it a sign of the end times.
The end times are coming, but you will not know the hour, it will be as a thief in the night.

What makes you qualified to be a biblical teacher?
"Have nothing to do with godless myths and old wives' tales; rather, train yourself to be godly." (Timothy 4:7)

Okay, sleeping virgin. Those who are paying attention to the signs and looking for the return of the Lord, will discern the times.

Tofuball 02-19-2008, 09:52 AM Ok, where does it say "explosion in texas means the return of Jesus, you'd better (do something, we don't know what) or you won't get into heaven!"
Show me this "true biblical teaching"
You must stop and look, don't seek to find the answer just to prove me wrong, I am no one.
What is driving your conviction? What would make me not "a sleeping virgin," other then agreeing with you?
What makes you think you, and only you, have the one true view?
If you are a believer in the God of Issac, Abraham, and Jacob, I urge you to take this matter in prayer, (re)read the pages of Timothy, Titus, James, and then reflect on your argument, and why would it matter what happens in Texas to some chems - how is it related to God's Glory?
You're so blind, I wouldn't no where to start. You're suppose to search the scriptures and not be taken by surprise. Read the Book of Revelation and teach yourself. The Bible is a book of prophecy, and NO, it's not all fulfilled or we wouldn't still be here.

Let me guess, baptist? No, no, you're more into "prophecy" then a baptist. You must be pentecostal. Fess up. What flavor?

When did I say the entirety of the bible was fulfilled? I was talking about a few of the "references" in your "article"
How do you know I'm blind, other then I don't agree with you because you have absolutely nothing supporting your argument. You claim it's the bible, but you have yet to support it.

Both of you are good at accusations, none of which are true. Why wonder about me, read the Bible.
AnaA
that would be my guess...prob listens to Benny Hinn, too
Nyuck! Nyuck!
Tofuball 02-19-2008, 11:29 AM Both of you are good at accusations,
Says the lone accuser! Though; the internet fails to convey that I'm not angry or pointing a finger at you, I'm trying to tell you to re-evaluate your argument and see if it really is based in scripture as you claim.
For example, you can start by saying WHY you think when the bible says "Israel" it really means "America."
You're the one going off and saying I'm so blind that you can't find out how to explain it to me.
Look, the bible says some pretty strong stuff about false prophets. In Deuteronomy, your life was forfeit. In the NT, you're cast out of the church and not even allowed into people's homes.
You're messing with serious stuff when you start putting words in God's mouth.
Please prayerfully reconsider your approach.
none of which are true.
Mind trying to refute any of them? Or back up any of your own accusations?
Who is the one with the plank?
Why wonder about me, read the Bible.
We wonder about you because it appears the only one here who hasn't read it is yourself.
YZF brought up a rather good point, why don't you reply to it?
I believe the most important point, however, is why do you think yourself infallible? why do you think it is impossible that you've been deceived?
I think a good indicator of the fact you've been deceived is that you can't put forward a logical argument, you can't even link any of your arguments to scripture
Tofuball 02-19-2008, 11:37 AM I still highly recommend you read the first letter to Timothy
"As I urged you when I was going to Macedonia, remain at Ephesus so that you may charge certain persons not to teach any different doctrine, nor to devote themselves to myths and endless genealogies, which promote speculations rather than the stewardship from God that is by faith. The aim of our charge is love that issues from a pure heart and a good conscience and a sincere faith. Certain persons, by swerving from these, have wandered away into vain discussion, desiring to be teachers of the law, without understanding either what they are saying or the things about which they make confident assertions."

Your reply to my initial message, saying that I forgot to take my meds, was an indication to me that you don't wish to discuss the issue seriously. Calling me a lone accuser is hardly the truth, as you set the tone.

Tofuball 02-19-2008, 11:45 AM For that, I apologize, I thought you were a spam bot (we get a lot of those here), thats why I made the meds comment.
I did mention that in passing earlier, but I see I need to make it more apparent that I was in the wrong. And I am sorry if I offended you.

Overstated. You are easily motivated by fear.
Either by the sun, astriods, blackholes, micro-organisms, or perhaps by our own doing, we will always naturally live on a time bomb that will go off at any random moment.
You picked your own irrelivant ending in vain based on cavemen ignorant thoughts. That I laff at you.
2ndGen.Rocket 02-22-2008, 05:43 AM Why do all the wackos come to this forum? Is it because there truly are that many of these people? Or is it because they are just attracted to this site somehow?
Either way, to the original poster:
Do Jesus a favor and slit your wrists.

Jesus pwned. The silence here echos that assertion. The weeds prevailed! /laff
czarofzar 02-24-2008, 05:40 PM incorrect. Only thing under-current are information disproving the Bible. A Declaration of No God is the future. Pontius Pilate will be worshipped as a hero.
$100T2 02-24-2008, 07:35 PM 'end times' scenarios come and go like the latest tabloid cover stories, but, this we can be assured of:
1) Israel is thriving as a nation, for the first time in about 1900 years, and Jews have flooded back there from all over the world
2) there is a strong under-current, relentlessly moving the world toward globalism, with a one world economic and false religious system that denies the Bible above all, and will allow one man to preach universalism...and, after he has control, to launch a full scale assault on Israel and proclaim himself to be god
THESE facts are self evident, and they are a direct fulfillment of what the scriptures have stated for thousands of years would come to pass
and to that I say....amen, come Lord Jesus
Serious question: If Israel is the promised land and all that, how come you and all the other true believers aren't packing up and moving there?
