my girlfriend needs some furniture. i offered to give her a computer desk in my room, along with a stereo system, ps2, xbox, a vcr to connect them up, and an old 21" TV.

i bust her chops a little about taking all my gaming stuff but whatever.

she comes over with our friend to start moving stuff. i tell her to leave the sliding tray under the desk because i have cams, retainers, timing chain, timing chain tensioner, and bolts etc lined up in order on the tray. she has a laptop so she doesnt need it anyway.

anyway i come out later and notice the tray is on the desk, loaded up and ready to go on the kart. i'm like... WTF. i go back to my room and i see all the parts laid out on the floor.

i got real pissed and asked her about it. her only excuse was that 'she wanted it.' her counterargument was that i do things to her she dislikes all the time... like tickling. i explain to her that tickling is more like flirty shit and this is more like theft. i was supposed to go over but i told her to just take the desk and leave.

i certainly don't think i was unreasonable. do you?

Sounds like a relationship that's bound to go downhill. She obviously didn't respect your time and effort in keeping your parts straight, and now you're not giving her something you said you would, which will come up as you being a liar the next argument you get in to.

Bottom line: you can't really trust her, and she doesn't really respect you. At least, that's what I see of all this. It could be all roses and baby-talk on the other side of the wire.
