It isn't easy to make an Indy car OK to drive on public roads. Headlights and a back seat (although we're not sure why that's needed) just don't blend nicely into the low and ultra-narrow Indy car shape. The result looks a little like it was unbolted from a shopping mall kiddy ride, but if you have a friend who really wants to drive an Indy car on the interstate you can drop this under their tree.
