Manntis 12-08-2005, 02:37 PM Forester. All that heavier stuff will have greater trouble stopping on ice. Alex-7 12-08-2005, 02:43 PM I wound up driving the sport track. It's a bad ass snow rig. I left it running all night so I didn't have to scrape the glass! best decision I ever made. Manntis 12-08-2005, 02:46 PM All night? Most vehicles only need to be running 20 mins to defrost the glass, including iced over glass. Invest in a Command Start and you'll make your money back in saved fuel - 20 mins. vs. 9 hours of idling! Alex-7 12-08-2005, 02:49 PM Invest in a Command Start and you'll make your money back in saved fuel - 20 mins. vs. 9 hours of idling! If I owned a Daily driver I would. I was a bit drunk and figured I'd wake up late. Didn't even use a quarter tank. Manntis 12-08-2005, 02:52 PM 1/4 tank! Good thing gas isn't still $3.00/gallon! I usually start my car 20 mins before leaving in the morning and the fuel gauge barely moves. Say No To Pistons 12-08-2005, 03:58 PM gas is around 2.49 for 87 octane here...somtimes 2.39 if i look around real hard. |
