The JWs have contacted me again. They want to get together.

Last time we met they gave me a book to read about man's search for God. I think I found what I've been looking for. In it is a description about Charles Taze Russell, the founder of JWs, and why he started his own religion. He basically got bent because he didn't like predestination. When I rolled my eyes over those sweet words I heard the sound of trumpets blasting victory. I shouted aloud "I've got them! They're all mine. There will be no escape." As slick as they are they won't be able to get away now. I'll bully them into a corner on election. Then I'll beat them to a pulp that their's is a works based religion, which they've already openly admitted. Next I'll crush their spirits with the eternity of Hell. Finally, I'll deliver the coup de grace of John 8:24. Guilty as charged. There will be no hope. I expect the man to surrender. The woman is feeble minded and too far gone. She'll probably have a nervous breakdown on the spot. I hope she doesn't piss herself.

I wouldn't recommend this type of work for you sissy Arminian girls. You've got no real conviction on predestination. It takes a man with guts to do this kind of work.

sounds like you want to get the victory over them, but are you really praying for them? I don't always do it myself, but it's important you don't make it a "better than you" confrontation (I'm alot better at this in person than in these hot head debate forums)

Are you saying that because you hang out with Methodists and Pentecostals? They're all in the same Arminian camp. Loosing their salvation and all that gobbledegook.

It's already going to be awkward. Imagine how you would feel if someone destroyed your life's hope for eternity in 10 minutes. The woman JW has been in since the 80's. If she can't take the truth, she's going to have to create several overt lies to herself to hold on to the WT. I feel bad for her already.

Boring? It's never boring when bx7 goes toe-to-toe with cult recruiters in spiritual combat. Boring? No sir. Not when my home becomes the arena for countless Angels serving God or Lucifer as they observe a life and death struggle. Boring? Not when Almighty God uses my friend and myself, the weakest of tools, to display His magnificent glory. Boring? Not when the Sovereign God of the Universe determined this mental melee before the foundation of the world was laid.
