It's not down like usual, it just won't show replies or new threads. Basically what was up a few hours ago is frozen the way it is, but the site controls are acting as normal. This is getting really annoying! I posted a new thread twice before I realized nothing was going through.

So does anyone know what would be a good wire to tap into on the passenger side of an FD to run power to a boost controller?

Go through the same hole that the Wire Harness does. Just follow it, it should be in the firewall on the passenger side. From the inside, it is above the CPU.

No no, not how to wire it from the the cabin to the engine bay. I mean literally a wire to splice to get power for the unit.

Another with a switched 12v will work. I think I ran both of my wires into the engine bay together and then got the ground around that area. My solenoid is under my ABS, if you're planning on mounting it in that position as well I'd suggest splicing into the abs harness.

I don't get what you're saying. We may be having a misunderstanding.

How do I get power to this on the passenger side:

Any Fuse, just stick a test light in your fuse box you'll find a hot fuse and then just attach the power there.....however you like.

I've even (when lazy) stuck a striped wire into the fuse socket and then jammed the fuse in holding the wire in place.

Pull out your Cig lighter and attach wire there. Does that thing run off of 12v?.........I am sure it does

I've got two extra outlets in my glove box running off of that. Works great. I've got one switched for my radar detector.

Not lately, but used to I would always run my radio straight to the Battery or power. A young man spends a lot of time in his car and needs the radio to keep playing at certain times.
