RB240 08-31-2005, 11:14 AM i already put one in for my car :-D rxtasy 08-31-2005, 12:15 PM does the ecu automatically adjust for more fuel to go with the extra air introduced? RoadRaceJosh 08-31-2005, 08:18 PM does the ecu automatically adjust for more fuel to go with the extra air introduced? Most vehicles run quite rich at WOT so there is almost always extra fuel available. I wouldn't want to keep trying for an extra 50hp on that V6 without adding extra fuel though. Now I guess I need a centrifugal supercharger and the 8hp Briggs off my tiller if I want my car to go mad fast! I should try this on my Dodge van. I already have a Turbonetics carb hat. All I'd have to do is throw on a modified Edelbrock 4bbl and boost reference the mechanical fuel pump. Who's got a blower they can lend me? turboSE 08-31-2005, 08:46 PM Most vehicles run quite rich at WOT so there is almost always extra fuel available. No, I need something like an old Paxton or something else that doesn't need oil plumbing. Shit! What am I thinking! I have a NOS Power Shot system sitting in a box. I need a spread bore plate to go under the carb though. |
