For those that are close to the LA area. I found a shop that will redo your leather seats for $650 bux. I know that leatherseats.com has covers for sometimes as cheap as $525. But with those you have to take off your old "boots" and put on the new boots yourself. I figured $125 for the labor is not bad.
The place is Garza's Auto Upholstering. 14220 E. Valley Blvd. in La Puente Ca 91746 (626) 333-7214 I spoke with Ralph Garza "the old guy"
They did the seats on "theone" from the other forum and they looked great. He has a '90 t2 with black upholstry. You open the door a plush leather smell fills your nasel cavity. The seats were really nice and plush.
They will do a Vinyl set for $325 even if you have speakers in your headrests!!
