For my next dog, I'm debating between a GSP and a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog.

I know how wild labs can be when they are young but I will have to agree with most when they say the GSP needs to run everyday. He will go and go and go...even if he wants to sleep!!!

The main reason I got a GSP was that I wanted a bird dog and my parents lab just didnt have much of a prey drive. Cooper will stand watching out the window shaking if there is any type of animal out there. He was easy to train, but was very stubborn. He is a year and a half now and within the last 4 months he has really began to realize where he is in the pack.

The Lhasa Apso will be 12 years old in February. I've had him since 4th Grade :), and he's still kickin.
