Sweeet find. From the looks of it a little bit touch work on the paint and some polishing it'll be good as new. How's it running?

I don't know, I have the fuel system apart cuz it leaked like crazy. Just needed new hose and some clamps.

Ran great before it sat.

If you just want something that runs you can get a decent bike for $500.

The big cruisers are just as fun as the sport bikes, and they'll all kill you more quickly than anything but a .45 slug.

GSXR-1000, R1, Busa, etc are ideal starter bikes, and don't foregt to rev it to 5-6k before letting out the clutch when starting from a stop.

the last bike i give $500 for several years ago turned out to be a POS. it currently serves as a heavy object the dog is chained to.

Haha, Kinda.

I decided to rebuild the engine.

I already finished rebuilding the carbs and replacing all the fluids, and changing out all kinds of things and completely redid the electrical system.

Now my stator and regulator/rectifier have died. *sigh*

:-p
