There are several turbo kits but Id go with CarTech. Also, www.eurospeedperformance.com did a comparison of a number of popular exhausts on an OBD II M3. AA gave the most HP gains down low, but didn't help much in high rpm. I think super sprint came in 2nd. Anyway that site is worth checking out. I met 2 of the guys that started that shop and business is taking off. I agree with Jet Black about the transmission enforcers, they're not really a performance upgrade but more a preventative maintenance kind of thing. As far as your options for performance upgrades on an ODB-II M3 go you're much more limited than on an ODB-I M3. Larger HFM's, chips, etc won't work on your car. Your only option for software really is a Shark Injector, it just flashes your current ECU with new software without actually replacing any hardware. As far as exhaust goes I strongly recommend AA, they own the BMW aftermarket exhaust scene, then of course there's an intake but you're not going to get the same gains that an OBD-I car gets from an intake. Then depending on how much money you want to spend you can get into other things like modifying your differential, converting to OBD-I (which is technically illegal but oh well), and even AA's turbo systems, but you're talking big bucks for that.
