Brits think the Royal Marines are, but in Vietnam the ROK Marines had a 1:25 kill rate against NVA. In one operation, 13 of them killed 400 NVA while only losing 2 ROK Marines. Operation van Buren. Normally in boot, they have a DI telling them what to do. Here; they have to rely on their fellow Marine to not fuck up, otherwise you get sliced wide the fuck open. I was thinking more in terms of Drill Team stuff, but you are right- the ROK Marines, as well as the ROK Rangers, are some bad-ass little bitches.
