From the page:

"I will be eating McDonald’s food, and only McDonald’s food, for the next 30 day’s. My objective is to prove that through proper caloric intake and exercise (aerobic & anaerobic) it’s possible to eat a variety of foods, including fast food, without gaining fat. Please be aware that I am not advocating fast food as a lifestyle. I am merely demonstrating that it is possible, that with proper information and education, to eat McDonald’s food for 30 day’s and not gain any fat."

Discuss.

Didn't someone already prove this a few years ago just after the movie "Super Size Me" came out?

Morgan Spurlock is the guy.

Read the book 'Fast Food Nation' sometime. After reading you may think twice about eating fast food . the movie Fast Food Nation is worthless.

You can most likely eat any kind of diet as long as one gets the proper exercise. I would not volunteer to eat McD's for 30 days. They are lucky if I eat it once a year. NASTY!

You can eat whatever you want with ample exercise (I of all people found this out fairly quickly), but the fact is still going to remain for like Batman said Colon Cancer, and the high risk for diabetes is there, as well as clogged arteries which lead to stroke and heart attack. I admit though once every 3 months or so if I'm in a hurry, I'll pick up a Chicken Ranch BLT from ShitDonalds.

The only thing I get from McD's is the "chicken" sandwich. I might go there once or twice every couple of weeks.

I really don't understand why people eat McDonalds at all...even though some of it tastes OK going down, I always end up feeling like shit for at least a few hours afterwards.

It helps to go through life without thinking too much, and just doing whatever feels good at the time :)

When you think too much you can be held accountable for so much more

So when asked, 'What were you thinking!?" You can say, "I dunno..."
