Actually, after finding out a little about the car (no pun intended ) :
It has a 1600cc Rover K-Series engine (16 valves) and straight cut gear box (all you can hear in the video is the gearbox!) - about 160hp
It's got a complete fiberglass shell.
The rear suspension has been replaced with a beam axle.
Notice the 10X4 in rear wheels?
Those are stock Rover 14 inch wheels on the front with Avon slicks.
Total weight ; 1170lbs!!!
No wonder this car can spin on command and do an endo!

that's awesome. could probably take one of those older honda civics, hop up the engine and take all the weight out the rear and do the same thing.

The car wasn't made with that intention though. The car just happens to weigh like 1200 pounds or something due to the fiberglass body. I'd LOVE to do that at a stop light.
