I know a couple of people on here are into fitness. Do you guys have a special mixture or shake you'd like to share? I've just been mixing it with water. It doesn't mix very well and you end up with slimy pockets.

The chocolate and strawberry I just mix with water and choke down. I practically live off the stuff. Honestly, I 've never had a protein shake that wasn't chunky, and I use a mixer/beater. It's just the nature of the beast for it to be chunky IMO. Hardly taste anything at all, actually, and what you can taste is all good. Plus, 52g of protein per serving, 500+ calories, 80+ carbs with only 20 or so coming from Sugars. I stick to Nitro-Tech and that tastes pretty good, but it's still chunky. Bottoms up!! :) No, not dissolve. Once you mix creatine with water you have to immediately drink it because the creatine begins break down immediately. That's why none of the liquid creatine crap works. I think it will be okay if i mix it once a week and leave it in the refrigerator. |
