If I run 8.5 or lower this weekend at shady side I will be selling the MX6. *8.5 was my goal and I was pretty close last time on stock boost, broken left strut and a destroyed differential. *All of that is fixed now (except I may have destroyed another differential last night...hopefully not). *I will be running 15 psi sunday. *I love the car but I need a new project. *I wont sell this car to just anyone b/c I dont want a new driver getting in and flooring it on a turn or something stupid and killing theirself (and my car). *The main thing about the car is you have to be prepared to put some tires on it if you drive it hard. *I have 2 brand new kumhos that I will sell with it. *Also I have a set of 4 stock wheels and boxes upon boxes of spare parts. *If you want the engines I have a destroked FE3 readily available (good for about 10,000 rpm...more if balanced) as well as an FE2. *Both run, the FE2 may need rings but supra rings work great. *For the price of rings and the time to put the pistons in the F2T thats in the mx now you could make it a LOT faster. *The main problem is hooking up. *I kept the interior too. *If you know anyone interested tell them to get in touch with me and make an offer.
I will also trade for an early 90s MX5 or a 323.

Their insurance is supposed to cover it...theyre coming to look at it FRIDAY...kind of makes me mad I have to wait a week but hopefully I will get a firebreathing neon as my rental car...

That it did. There never was another car that impressed me as much as that one did.
Project MX7 should be starting ASAP. The insurance people should be coming to look at the car friday. Sure is nice of them to get right on it like that. Along the same line, this past summer when the big "Screw your friends car over" thing was happening with CSCC(LONG story) someone ended up getting a rental car...it was a Nissan Maxima(not the new ones) and someone else had a not-running 240SX with the same bolt-pattern and racing slicks...I think 6 people raced that car that day...HA HA HA!!! It can be fun!
