ok, the guy brought the rx4 to me last sat. and not being able to do anything with it then due to a going away party for my youngest daughter that joined the navy, and then seeing her off the following sun, so i didn't get anything done to it til yesterday. started taking the interior out and the floor is in pretty good shape but since it has been sitting for 5yrs, the cowl area has lots of trash, pine needles and such in it, it allowed moisture to be held in the lower ends at the fenders it the vent area. these areas r all rusted out to the point that they will have to be repaired to keep water out of the interior. this thing has been a real dissapointment. but one thing it has that a friends rx4 didn't have, is a bar on each side of the rearend from the factory to eliminate axle twist. and i'm curious as to if it has a lower gear in the rear since it was an auto.

sorry to hear it wasn't as nice as anticipated. It looked alright to me.
