I bought (2) JL Audio 12W7s, (2) JL Audio 1000.1s, (1) Set of JL Audio XR650-CSi components, (1) JL Audio 300.4 Amp, and the Pioneer 6.5" Touchscreen LCD MP3/DVD Player. Gettin it all installed in a few weeks, gonna do a custom box to fit the contours of the trunk, with the amps set under the carpet with a plexiglass window and blue lit neon.

Maybe im more into music than i am into voiding my warranty, lol. I didnt buy my car to modify it performance wise, I bought it because it offered nice factory performance, as well as reliability and a 7 year/100,000 mile warranty. Hence the reason im only going with a system/rims.

you bought it huh... u must work about 90 hours a week to afford this nice brand new factory warrenty car, and your nice new expensive rims and all this other garbage......

Thanks chris, and as a matter of fact I did buy it. First, my car: My grandparents gave me my first car, a 1993 Honda Accord SE. Ive worked summers since i was 12, and I saved 4,500 by the time i was 16. I sold my 93 accord for 5,000, giving me 4,500 total. With a 9,500 downpayment, my monthly payment is 300 dollars. I work about 30 hours a week between my two jobs, while going to highschool. I pay for my car, which leaves 500 left over each month, ive been saving that money, along with christmas money since i got my car in july, which makes 3,500 total. I borrowed 1,000 from my mom, which i will pay back in two months. Any more questions?

and btw, i dont have rims.

100% Car payment, 100% insurance, yearly property taxes, all these modifcations, 100% gas, and 100% mantaince... whatever. i dont beleive that.

my car wasn't cheap...and i'm paying for it :dunno:

who cares allen... your dad gave you your first car and if he offered you the acura you'd take it... just like I'd take whatever my parents wanted to give me

I pay 100% of everything but insurance, thanks for your post, although they had nothing to do with the original post, no wonder i quit coming here so much.

kinda agree with allen...what good is paying for ur car, if you dont pay to drive it (insur)...ive paid 100% everything from day one..not bragging, but i am very proud of myself...

my taxes are 80$ a year and insurance is around 90$ a month with no payment. i love my old ass car :) i have like 300$ in my system and Im happy with it just need an amp for the MB Quart components the 52x4 head unit barely operates them now.

Yeah i got that much for xmas, but i ended up having to use it to pay some more of my car.

my parents bought my car for me and pay my insurance and everything else. Only thing i pay for are gas and whatever parts i put on it. I rock out what mommy and daddy gave me and i'm pretty damn happy they bought it for me. Good for you all who bought your own car and pay for your own stuff but don't be bitching at the ones who's parents bought their car for them.

if you knew you couldnt afford insurance shouldn't you have gotten something in your price range? also, you said after paying car payment, you have $500 left over? umm...you cant afford insurance? just admit you dont want to pay it, so you can buy goodies for your car...ill admit in a second, i hate paying everything, and i wish i had $ for goodies...yo story aint adding up dog..
