I stopped riding mostly because of other people...not me. It's amazing how many times people 'can't see you' on a motorcycle.

Dunno if you ever saw the vid of a motorcycle going for a pass behind a red BMW and as the cycle gets to the side of the red BMW, the WOMAN driving the red BMW decides she wants to pass the car in front of her as well (without looking in her sideview) and smacks right into the cyclist.

I can't tell. Is that a streetbike or a dirtbike?

Either way you must be having fun driving that thing.

What's not street legal about the Honda? In NY which is probably 10x more gay on rules and regulations, that looks like it would be street legal due to it having a headlight and taillight. You gotta fab up turn signals or something?

No horn
No left hand mirror

Already have the VIN check done and most of the paperwork completed to deal with the MSO, just never bothered installing the horn or the mirror. We aren't even required to have turn signals in the state of wyoming. And the 650's tail light is only a marker light, no brake light which is a point of debate around these parts.

Wyoming? that state is less than an hour away... you guys get to buy booze on sundays... we will have this right on July 5th... I will pass beyond alcoholic and progress to the title of "drunkard"

This week is national ride your bike to work week. I have put the little suzuki to rest this summer and have been bicycling to work everyday, when it rains I ride the zuki. No car to work for at least a month

In SC if the title says "not legal for street use" You're totally and utterly screwed. You can not under any circumstance register a dirt bike unless you declare it totalled and get a new title.

I can see where you would get em confused. Honda always just did BNG on the XR series, and everything is still red. Mine just has the opaque desert tank.

Only thing I have against getting a bike is that if I ride it like I ride my sled, i'd have the thing about a month before I kill myself on it.

I want a KTM supermoto, them are sexy machines...

This summer i'm fixin my sled (Clutch, gearing, plastics, some other goodies), gettin some better gear (Boots & better knee protection)... then the snow will fly, time to wreck the shit out of it again.
