I have a Huffy you can have if you pick it up. Not sure what size the gary fisher tampon is.

All good parts.

I'd just buy full deore for a bike like that though. Save some money and they function every bit as well as LX/XT shit.

I have an older bike I just put brand new deore on and it works better than the older Full XTR kit on my mountain bike.

i felt like splurging and went full M760 (deore xt), except for the front crank with was the m580, and the wheels which are just plain deores

cost me ~450

i know a tarpon doesnt deserve XT parts, but im planning to get a genesis frame and some new shocks sometime in the future, i'll just swap the parts out later and sell w/e i have left or dont need
