Back story: I got robbed by some stoned/drunk/fucked up brothers (actual brothers, not African brothers) a long while ago, they tried to take the 7 but all they left with was about 100 bucks. During the robbery they threatened to beat me, kill me etc. I did the whole police report thing, gave the cops their names, address, phone number, who they lived with, what school they went too, even pictures of the fuckers. etc. That was over a year ago but the cops around here are a bunch of lazy fucks that wont do their job.

Cut to today, the first day of college for the year. Turns out one of these guys has a class right after mine in the same room. Needless to say I'm still pissed but beating the ever living fuck out of this guy would get me kicked out of school.

Now to my question, I've got tons of info/pictures of these guys/the sister/their house etc. I could go about fucking with his head mentally but what I'd really like to do is find his car and really fuck it over. But I want HIM to pay, not an insurance company. I was thinking of doing a night-time raid at his house, but I've been to damn lazy. I need more Ideas here guys, Its about time these guys were taken care of, I know the cops sure aren’t gonna do it...

Why would kicking this guy's ass get you kicked out of school?

I'm in the auto tech program at the school and one of the first things they tell you is "if we catch you burning out on campus, your out of the program, same goes with fighting"

Don't do anything except take legal action. Get a good lawyer, sue them, and sue the police department.

FYI to give you an idea of how much the cops suck around here, ever week or two theres a new "missing person" in the newspaper. And alot of the cops are involved with illegal shit, one that lives behind a friend of mine has like 50 fighting chickens. I even heard a story about a cop shooting his wife, then having the department cover everything up, the family of the girl had to call the FBI to get any action taken. And its no rare site to see cops asleep in their cars at late hours of the night with the lights on thinking it'd slow somebody down.

edit: I forgot to mention, my dad's good friend is the head dispacher for the local 911. Even she says the cops arn't gonna do squat and that we should just go beat the hell out of them.

Look beyond them... just sue them, and the police department... you'll get justice that way, and that way alone.

seriously though, it is true that hate and resentment just makes you miserable and shortens your life span...it doesn't do anything to the other guy

take it to the cops, then, although I know that can be very frustrating and generally they are back on the street in 30 days

justice in this world is a joke

I did take it to the cops, made the report over a year ago. Every time I call I get a "We have to make a case", "Well the gate was closed so I left" or my favorite "This isn't CSI"

How long does it take to make a case? I got them all the info they needed PLUS pictures of them through the ATM camera while they were robbing me, and I get a "Well we have to talk to them and see what their side of the story is" bullshit excuse.

Justice, especially around here, is a huge joke.

I'd forget about the cops dont sue them cuz then they will just make your life there hell. But file suit against the guy.

Thinking about it, I'm not as pissed at the guy (although I am pissed) so much as the lack of ANY sort of response I got from anybody. The bank didn't give me back my money, the cops didn't do squat. If your a criminal in Hilo Hawaii you pretty much have free rain.

Yeah, a friend of my fathers was mugged on an ARMY base on Oahu when I lived there with him. Talk about rediculous.
