Would that be a "metro Purchase"? DarkAngelKamui 09-07-2005, 12:13 PM Nice design for the frame.... I'd be afraid that thing is too flimsy, though.... BATMAN 09-07-2005, 12:16 PM if it's CF i doubt is would be flimsy........ sir rupert hobo 09-07-2005, 12:19 PM i swear.. if i was on BATMAN's budget, i'd be all over that. Alex-7 09-07-2005, 12:27 PM What is your budjet BATMAN? BATMAN 09-07-2005, 12:29 PM I'll show u my bike when it's all built. Will be a CYM bike. BATMAN 09-07-2005, 12:32 PM This one is different but something about it doesn't seem to flow...... http://www.uni-stuttgart.de/ibs/research/fiber/img/jr7_carbon.gif RB240 09-07-2005, 12:42 PM This one is different but something about it doesn't seem to flow...... http://www.uni-stuttgart.de/ibs/research/fiber/img/jr7_carbon.gif Try, everything Alex-7 09-07-2005, 12:43 PM Isn't LightSpeed stuff suposed to be the shit for road bikes? I was cruising one of my shitty old mopeds around the other day and I got Passed by a nice looking road bike. It was DEPRESSING. Going down hill, true story. BATMAN 09-07-2005, 01:06 PM Litespeed is definately up there. They are one of, if not the best Titanium road bike. But the Softride is suppose to be one of, if not the most most aero bike. http://www.softride.com/performance/uwal_aerobike_comparison.gif http://www.softride.com/performance/aerodyanmics_rider.jpg There are 2 issues for me when choosing a bike with regards to performance: 1. weight (light is good for off the line and up the hill 2. aero (best, once u are already rolling and want to either go faster or use less effort in maintaining the speed) Principles are no different than having a car. I choose for aero and comfort.
