TVS50LX 03-27-2007, 10:35 PM I started a new job this week. I got tired of working 70+ hours at Firestone so i started working for Allow Wheel Repair Specialists. www.mobilewheelrepair.com Its so much nicer not having to deal with retail anymore.:bigthumb: If you look at the site, you can see what kind of work we do, but its pretty self explainitory(sp). Animal 03-27-2007, 10:59 PM nice. There's definately something to be said about doing a job you enjoy vs. a job that just pays well. TVS50LX 03-28-2007, 06:39 AM this one does both SpartanTS 03-28-2007, 09:23 AM I used to work on the east side of town. I'm sure that everytime I went past that firestone, I saw your car there :) TVS50LX 03-28-2007, 06:56 PM I used to work on the east side of town. I'm sure that everytime I went past that firestone, I saw your car there :) Yeah that was my car. The job itself wasnt that bad, it was the hours and the drive there and back that sucked. Eatmyclutch 03-29-2007, 02:49 PM The real question now, is how long will you be able to last? ford fanatic 03-29-2007, 03:05 PM I'm in the same boat, 70+ hrs a week, but real good pay. I'm tired but not sure I'm ready to change jobs yet, anyway, good luck. TVS50LX 03-29-2007, 03:32 PM I was on salary so that made it even worse. ford fanatic 03-29-2007, 03:57 PM So you didn't get time and a half? If not that sucks, I don't blame you for leaving. TVS50LX 03-29-2007, 08:45 PM no, it was straight salary |
