hiyas derfman. have no dispare, my friend. i have plenty of retarded things to say to help sustain these forums. My only wish is when I am banned from these fine forums, it will be painless and I rest in peace.

I don't really see that happening (the banning that is). There is a person on here that has wished harm on others and not just any old beating, its been death and personal loss, and he was only banned for a week.

the parts are on the shelf, the problem seems to be getting rocket fuel into orbit.

everything we put up there has to take ALL its fuel with it in one lump.

One question about light speed. lets say youre in a space ship going lightspeed. what would happen if you turned on the lights? will you see anything at all? darkness everywhere?

the speed of light remains the same in all reference frames.

if you turned on the lights while traveling at the speed of light, you would observe the light emanating away from your ship at the speed of light.

however, the respective speeds would be different to a 3rd party observer standing still watching your ship and the light beam emanating from your ship. in other words, he would not observe that beam moving at 2x the speed of light, which is what you would expect. freaky shit!

Lets say that you went to the opposite side of the universe traveling at the speed of light you would age mere thousands of years comepared to the earth which would be over 400 billion years older and may not even exist when you come back.
