jimlab 03-22-2006, 11:44 PM Well, it's not a Honda Accord with subwoofers in the trunk, or a Japanese drifting video featuring F1 suspension technology, or new parts for a redneck's dream dirt bike, or a limited edition of the Bible signed by God himself... but I'm pretty pleased with it nonetheless. :D rtryb2200 03-23-2006, 01:36 AM If you need syrup at a good price let me know. But I am guessing you already have that taken care of JPAccord 03-23-2006, 07:35 AM I hope you have a kegerator also. If not, you need to get priorities in order. By the way, thanks for referencing my car, you made my day. :) Say No To Pistons 03-23-2006, 04:36 PM syrup + beer. mMmmmm.... Zero 03-23-2006, 08:24 PM I hope you have a kegerator also. If not, you need to get priorities in order. By the way, thanks for referencing my car, you made my day. :) Yes, because a married guy who's making 100k+ a year with a wife and children should have drinking beer as a top priority. You make so much sense; please keep posting!!! 2ndGen.Rocket 03-24-2006, 07:30 AM Well, it's not a Honda Accord with subwoofers in the trunk, or a Japanese drifting video featuring F1 suspension technology, or new parts for a redneck's dream dirt bike, or a limited edition of the Bible signed by God himself... but I'm pretty pleased with it nonetheless. :D I had a friend in college who had one of those, the dining hall got rid of it for some reason while he was working there. In any case, we used to unscrew the black spout that you place the cup under. Most people casually walking up to get a drink wouldn't notice, and once the cup hits the lever soda starts spraying all over the poor asshole. That pressurized nozzle is provided with no direction once that spout is removed. Might be a funny trick to play on the wife. BATMAN 03-24-2006, 09:51 AM i had a tutor back in my high school years that had a setup similar to that. Nontheless her teeth are corroded........ SpartanTS 03-24-2006, 11:35 AM I wouldn't mind having something like that, but not all carbonated beverages. JPAccord 03-24-2006, 03:34 PM Yes, because a married guy who's making 100k+ a year with a wife and children should have drinking beer as a top priority. You make so much sense; please keep posting!!! If he can drop 1,500 on a machine to save the trouble of pouring soda into a cup, 400 wouldn't be out of the question for a kegerator to have a beer on tap whenever you wanted. I guess that's pretty far fetched. Maybe drinking beer should be a higher priority rather than trolling forums and starting shit with an 18 year old for having a system in an Accord. You two are a piece of work. jimlab 03-24-2006, 03:53 PM If he can drop 1,500 on a machine to save the trouble of pouring soda into a cup, 400 wouldn't be out of the question for a kegerator to have a beer on tap whenever you wanted. If I were 18 and thought a kegerator was the coolest thing you could possibly have, sure... Maybe drinking beer should be a higher priority rather than trolling forums and starting shit with an 18 year old for having a system in an Accord.:crying: Did your parents pay for that stereo system? Shadow7 03-24-2006, 04:08 PM Nice setup Jim, my wife's dad use to have a setup like that. Most people can't understand the point of having one but I think its a cool novelty, plus you don't have to worry about your soda going flat. rtryb2200 03-24-2006, 04:37 PM If he can drop 1,500 on a machine to save the trouble of pouring soda into a cup, 400 wouldn't be out of the question for a kegerator to have a beer on tap whenever you wanted. You two are a piece of work. 1500 for a post mix machine?!? 400 for a kegerator??? Not even close I got my kegerator for free and I got my soda machine in my garage for free, both are mint. JPAccord 03-24-2006, 05:32 PM If I were 18 and thought a kegerator was the coolest thing you could possibly have, sure... :crying: Did your parents pay for that stereo system? Actually no I paid for it working at a local restaurant during the year and summer. JPAccord 03-24-2006, 05:33 PM 1500 for a post mix machine?!? 400 for a kegerator??? Not even close I got my kegerator for free and I got my soda machine in my garage for free, both are mint. You do realize that just because you got yours free, that doesn't change anything about the cost of the items, right? Zero 03-24-2006, 05:38 PM Actually no I paid for it working at a local restaurant during the year and summer. LMAO... I love letting people blatantly admit they're idiots. rtryb2200 03-24-2006, 05:58 PM You do realize that just because you got yours free, that doesn't change anything about the cost of the items, right? Yes, because I know what a post mix unit costs and it is no where near 1500... $100T2 03-24-2006, 10:24 PM Well, it's not a Honda Accord with subwoofers in the trunk, or a Japanese drifting video featuring F1 suspension technology, or new parts for a redneck's dream dirt bike, or a limited edition of the Bible signed by God himself... but I'm pretty pleased with it nonetheless. :D I hope it goes in a room with at least one pinball machine. That's what I'm buying when I'm rich, biatch... I want a couple pinball machines, an air hockey table, and some old school video games. fcdrifter13 03-24-2006, 10:41 PM The trick is getting the mixture right for good taste. Say No To Pistons 03-24-2006, 11:05 PM ^ whats with the FF avatars man? its pretty gay. fcdrifter13 03-24-2006, 11:19 PM I got tired of my old ones. jimlab 03-25-2006, 12:22 AM Actually no I paid for it working at a local restaurant during the year and summer. Were you living under their roof while you did it and not paying rent? Same thing... jimlab 03-25-2006, 12:23 AM Yes, because I know what a post mix unit costs and it is no where near 1500...You're right, it was ~$2,100 shipped, not including syrup or CO2. I don't buy used shit or frequent swap meets. jimlab 03-25-2006, 12:27 AM I hope it goes in a room with at least one pinball machine.Kitchen, next to the pantry, where the CO2 and BIB rack will go. It has to have a water source and I didn't want it in the home theater. That's what I'm buying when I'm rich, biatch... I want a couple pinball machines, an air hockey table, and some old school video games.Or a Mame cabinet with a 27" Wells Gardner monitor. I've owned several dedicated cabinets and they just take up a lot of space after you get bored with them. jimlab 03-25-2006, 12:56 AM of course, I'm elitist snob Jim Labreck....how dare you compare me with commoners!I believe "peasants" was the term you were looking for.
