O_o

Whats with the unhealthy obsession of spinning the exhaust?

And I like those Zoomer tips, looks like they let exhaust out right where the tip starts X_x

Gimme a good old fashioned straight-through design with a decently sized chamber. Costs less and I'll bet it preforms a good deal better without that much extra noise.

These various mufflers do have different tones/pulses and overall sound signature on the same vehicle.

I won't debate that :)

I need a quieter muffler for my jeep. It's pretty deafening

I have the Aerochamber on the 4.3 Truck and on the FD.

Pretty dam quiet on idle, but at WOT it sounds mean.

I've had so many mufflers on my FC.

Nonsense, I tell you.

I have dual Magnaflows on my Vanagon. If I had more room in the exhaust I would have put a presilencer in before them, but they really sound pretty awesome the way they are. Not too loud cuz they have a decent sized chamber, and not too much power loss due to the straight through design. They only cost something like $50 or $60 each I think.

A duel exhaust is quieter because two mufflers and two pre-silencers will work better then one of each :)

Headers are naturally much louder, and bigger pipes are louder.

For a quick, cheep, and lame reduction in noise, just use a pipe reducer as your exhaust tip :P
