I personally think this forum should go to rotational moderation. Every quarter completely new mods should be chosen and no moderator can serve more then two quarters per year. That way maybe more people would appreciate the shit that mods get no matter what.

Could also hold polls at the end of each quarter to choose the next set of mods, that way true democracy could rule this forum.

Of course C0sborne would still be over it all, we do need our own little god figure :)
