So yeah, guess what I found.

I was randomly scouring through the triad (which is a local FS/WTB paper) when I find an ad for a 1968 cosmo.

I call... it's a '68. Clean body. All the chrome is good and there. Not running, parked sometime in the 70's and has been stored ever since.


I'm going to look at it on sunday, and I'm bringing cash... if all goes well, I'll have it in my garage by the end of the weekend.

Anyone know how many of these there even are in the continent? There must be less than a few dozen.. and here's one hiding right under my nose. I can't believe it.

I'll post pics and story when I go to look at the car. I'm just waiting on an email to finalize times right now... but yeah, I never even DREAMED of owning one of these. I offered to trade my FD for one years ago but noone was willing to take me up on my offer...
