She may be a douche, but if they're going to make an example out of someone, they could probably pick a better candidate. How many times have we seen in the news, a person arrested for 5th, 6th, 7th time on a DUI only to later kill someone while DUI. She'd be better served having to pay a million dollars to a DUI victims family charity and force her to do community service.

But if they're going to send her to jail, the least they can do is put her in with a hot lesbian cellmate, a gallon of baby oil, and a webcam.
