TJGoSurf 04-01-2008, 11:17 AM So I have the day off from work. Because I finish in one day what is supposed to take two because I don't like to slack off. So I'm sitting around depressed, bored, staring at the ceiling, stealing music, and movies that I will never use just to have something to do. And I finally get a call from work telling me I have things to do, and I couldn't be happier. Then I was putting in my contacts and I thought that maybe it was kind of pathetic. Anyone agree? wotnartd 04-01-2008, 11:20 AM No, not really. It's a bit of an ego boost, it means you're an important part. Keep up the good work and you'll be less likely to lose your job. I liked my job as well, and provided I wasn't with my girlfriend, an hour away, or working on my cars, I'd come when they called.
