That's just fuckin awesome....I get to pay more money for a new license. Our license fees just went up last year when I had to renew. plus it now is 75+ to register your vehicles.

But Homeland security spying on you is the big issue...

I'm all for security and shit, but I think a national ID system (which this is) goes kinda far. What's next? Tattoos of numbers on our arms like the Jews in concentration camps?

Glad I'm already 21.....our kids someday won't be able to experience all the joy of using a fake id....how sad

The new IDs for minors are pretty crazy in WI, at least.

I got one when I was 19, and it was totally different.

I'm going to try and take a pic to show what I mean.

Okay, my license:

Notice the portrait style of the license, denoting that at the time of the picture, I was not legal for consumption of alchol, and the license must be further reviewed.

The full color hologram it contains:

And the border underneath "Wisconsin" at the top (and I think the best measure of all):

Also, Wisconsin is repeated a billion times in the background.

The old WI licenses used to be so easy to make...back in the mid 90s. We had a high quality printer that we used and changed the necessary info. No problems getting into the bar

New Jerseys old ones were good for faking.

I used to make the old NJ id's all the time back in college. I'd charge 18 year old kids $100 for them, raked in a lot of cash. That is until a kid in another dorm got busted and went to jail for it, then I stopped.

Maine's old ID used to be easy to fake as well.

I got my ole NJ faux for 50. Guy I played football with had a whole setup for it. Wound up getting enough money to put a huge down payment on a Yukon Denali.

I used to have a California fake id....worked everywhere in South Carolina and Georgia... Prolly because those country folks have never seen a Cali id before...it was def fake as shit....I wish the Clemson police department didn't have it in their custody or else I would show you a pic of it

In college, I made my roommate a good fake. We even took the hologram from an older ID and covered the fake with it.

He was afraid of using it, though.

The cards will have three layers of security measures but will not contain microchips as some had expected.thank god for that little bit of compromise the gov't did. We would be totally fucked if it had the transmitters. Would need to line your wallet with aluminum foil or something.

There are guys that walk around downtown denver with a receiver in their backpack plugged into a PDA recording credit card numbers from the chips in em. Its a pretty good way to get free shit :D

Yeah or like regular credit card transactions at places such as best buy or TJ Maxx where they use Wireless Routers. Guys drive around hitting up the wifi on laptops and steal card numbers that way. RFID isn't the way to go. Too much chance of compromising info.
