I like mainly the original American and European progressive musicians like Frank Zappa and the Canterbury scene: Caravan, Soft Machine, Hatfield and the North, Gentle Giant, Henry Cow, Eberhard Weber, etc. I'm learning about crossover progressive and electronica, too. Nothing can really beat that beautiful hum of a G-chord on a well tuned acoustic guitar. Another thing is that almost every acoustic guitar song has real meaning to it. When people write songs like that, they really pour there heart and mind ito it. Unlike the majority of the songs in the completely over rated rap and hip-hop genres.
