eh, it's a remake, remakes are almost always shit, if you wanna be horrified watch house of 1000 corpses and i recommend the newish Halloween both done by Rob Zombie (he is certainly making a name for himself in the Horror industry)

The original Prom Night with Jamie Lee Curtis remains one of my favorites. I'm not to fond of remakes just for the sake of updating them. I thought the remake of the Fog sucked for example. Now that some of these older classics are 30 or so years old, people are starting to remake them to turn a dollar.

I did think that Zombie's version of Halloween was good. I'd trust him to remake some of these old classics but not many others. It's all about the heart. It's fairly easy to tell who has the heart to remake them and who's in it for the money.
