can a eagle talon engine go into a ecplise ... i think it should.. same mounts... but different computer.. i would just need the computer right?

there are a few levels to the answer for your question.  are you talking about the turbo 4g63s here.. 2nd gen or 1st gen?  

all the 95-99 4g63s will swap into a talon or eclipse of the same years.  the stronger (structurally) 1g 4g63s will fit in to the 2g cars also, but there is modification required.  the mounts are different and some wires are in need of changing.

there have been people that changed the non-turbo 420a motors in the 2g car to a 4g63, but that is a pretty extensive swap.

just remember.. it doesn't know what it is.  in other words, it doesn't know what car it is in.  it only knows that it has a job to do.
