I wish i could just have some local news channels, History, Discovery and TLC. I should have to pay only 10 bucks for all of that. I'm sick of paying to watch fucking commercials. Im sick of paying for VH1, MTV, CMT, Spike, MenAreEvilChannel, and especially BET. Unfortuantley I have no choice if I want to see the channels I want. Im also REALLY sick of my roommate "Oh I don't watch TV, its stupid and rots your brain" parking his ass on the couch in front of hogan knows best, or whatever show about some white trash bitches tring to suck up to sharon osbourne.

I'm this close to cancelling the cable and using the money saved to get a new blu-ray disc every month.

MS has a whitelist for the Beta and if you arent on it you dont get XBL until the 19th. It also lets you copy your games to the HD.

O rly? I'm thinking of swapping in like a 250GB drive in to the shell of my 360 and in the process, putting some games on the 360.

360 runs cooler/quieter/faster with this upgrade. Well worth it IMO.

You have one of the new ones? Lucky SOB. I have one of the old ones. It doesn't even have HDMI in it. I'm running 1080P on my 42" with Components and wanna see if there is a difference with 1080P via HDMI. Everyone says HDMI is sooooo much better. :(

Yah Im running HDMI 1080i on my 52 Magnavox projection. Its pretty good.

Well...When this current console bites, I think I may just shell out 200 for an Arcade with HDMI and a Falcon Chipset.
