I was taking apart the code from realphx.com and came across this:

the guy is advertising all those hits when they were obtained by fraud. An HTA program disguised as a jpg image runs and redirects searches and spams aim. Its pretty smart (and encrypted).

that guys a sneaky SHIT head
i clicked on that sorry link in heathers profile one day, and the sorry scum bag web site implants its self all over my damn computer. ads in my profile, every time i open IE it goes right to that sorry site. even if i reset the start page. if i could find the SOB that made it, id kick his ass so damn hard he would have to clear hie throat to fart.

Yeah it is annoying, but all you have to do is go to that page and at the bottom is has an option to delete aim ads and wont make it be your homepage anymore.
im running a personal firewall should it not do anything when i go to that site because it isnt?

if you have ie setup to not run HTAs (have the latest version and updates) it shouldnt be a problem.
