holy crap... I bought a carbide bit....did the intake port in 15 minutes...unfortunately the templates I got from racing beat are the wrong ones so I had to design my own ports. I think they will be alright. Theyre a little more wild than racing beat's.

I met a guy that lives near me. He's a little expensive but hes really nice and hes been in the tool business for 30 years. He showed me around his place and he has a mobile "tool truck". Like snap on has in some places. He also gave me 4 automotive tooling catalogs. The place is called Thompson tool or something. I'll post the number and stuff tomorrow. The carbide bit was $30 BUT it is just as sharp as it was when i got it and it cuts insanely fast which is not how they were described to be on rx7club so I am happy.

Thanks for the help today. Its safe and sound in the garage. One of the fuel injector orings burst and shot fuel all over the engine bay but uh after that was corrected I drove it home. Starts right up now and the smoking seems to be all gone. Its REALLY eager to boost and its HARD to drive without getting on it. The brake booster vacuum line either isnt on well enough or the brake booster is dead the rest of the way and I forgot how poorly it handled. I NEED to replace the rear end bushings asap with this new pressure plate it grabs a little quicker than the old one. Other than all that and needing to install all this stuff its great!

Any time. Baby it for at least the first 500 miles. Then limit the boost for the next 500 to 1000 miles. I wouldn't start driving it hard til at least 1500 miles. Since u didn't mention it, I'm guessing it's running cool enough.
