How to identify a 90+ Twin Turbo 300ZX:
-wider tires in the back (245, opposed to the NA's 225)
-front and rear spoiler..
side note, many people buy the rear spoiler for their NAs. It is better to confirm if its a TT by the front fascia/lip, it has 3-4 horizontal "slits" on the far left and right corners.
-"twin turbo" sticker on top right of rear
-factory turbo gauge near speedo

The most reliable way to confirm if its TT is the factory turbo gauge, but u can't really see that from a distance lol. So the next 2 things to look for are the front TT factory fascia, and 245 wheels in the rear. In this riceboy age, many "wanna-be" TTs forget or don't want to spend money on factory rear wheels or the factory front fascia. The only way to confirm one with extensive cosmetic surgery is to check under the hood or take a look at the gauge cluster.

If i had a dime for everytime someone asked if the RX-7 or my dad's 300ZX was turbo... er, well then i'd probably have enough $$ to pay for the repair bills! lol

the wing?!? well, that's the obvious thing. What is it? the front seems lower, and a little different. maybe the lights are a little different?!?

The front passenger side bumper on the turbo cars has a cut out for airflow thru the intercooler. The non turbo cars just have 2 solid pieces of plasltic with no holes.

Here's my plan:
Completely stock bottom end - pistons, rods and rings
Stock head
HKS front-mounted intercooler
Twin HKS 3037 turbos w/HKS wastegates
Dual HKS exhaust piping
NOS 75-shot wet nitrous system
HKS VPC/GCC
720 cc injectors
HKS fuel rail, Weldon fuel pump and FPR w/Earls lines and fittings
Another car with this setup runs 5.2s in the 1/8th and 8.3 in the 1/4 with 975hp.
