It's sad to see that the US have helped other countries in need, and they cry that we are occupying them or pushing our values on them.
Well, thanks for nothing to those countries that are probably not even donating a cent in our direction.

I even donated money to the Red Cross. If everyone on the forums donated $1, that would be more than enough to feed plenty of those people who are without food.
burnoutking999 08-31-2005, 11:08 AM Uh yeah the deficit is at what because of money GIVEN away for the most part!!! the other countries take and take when they are recieving but then we never see it back or not in a timely enough fashon to do any good with the dept and intrest we accrue. get a clue, just cause we have a lot of resources and are somewhat stable doesnt mean that we should or dont deserve help. If this country falls from power and gets in a bind then it will affect a lot of those other countries well bieng as well. this is a thought that they should consider before blowing up the WORLD trade centers and such.

The US gives away so little money it's almost criminal. The deficit is huge because everyone in the ocuntry wants to buy cheap shit from 3rd world countries. When was the last time you paid $150 for US made Red Wing shoes
instead of $50 imports?
