Hey everyone, with christmas coming up im probably going to be getting some rims. I was looking for 19"s and my car is a black 03 accord coupe. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestion of what might look good on it. As of right now, my favorite is the moda r6. Pictures of them on a TL can be seen here. Those rims would be $1156 thats not bad for 19"s I guess from TireRack.

then you have tires: $808 plus shipping or $1236 plus shipping.

those rims are pretty good looking.. a friend of mine got a set of R6's from tire rack for his e36 325. 18" w/ Bridgestone Potenza's.

im 16 years old and i tend to take advantage of the speed it has enough already. Im trying to stay away from engine mods for my safety, driving record, and the fact that mods will void my warranty. On a side note, i like these racing hart c5's.

You were going to suggest the C5s? Yeah thats the plan, staying away from engine mods. At xmas ill probabaly get the C5's and two JL Audio 12W7's.

man you SUCK !

the C5s are my favorite wheels man

they look BAD........ if i could afford them, they are defaintly what i would have. However, i think the r6 are my second favorite...

you defaintly have good taste... if your not gonna buy go fast goodies, im glad your buying sweet rims, insted of a double stack wing and neons.. :slolaugh:

Haha yeah i think they are my favorite too, r6s are in second place, and Lowehart BR5 is third favorite, just cant see paying 1000 a rim. www.wheelsnext.com has great prices on rims. 19" C5's with tires, shipping and springs (skeptical on the quality of these springs) for 1999. Cant beat that.

yeah the C5s look awesome. i found them cheap somewhere i cant remember.

right at 1k for C5s at wheel max ( 17 inchers.. ) the 240 dosn't have enough power to turn thos 19 inch monsters..

they have them at www.wheelsnext.com right here, 1099 with tires, shipped, and free springs. Another cool aspect of these wheelsnext people is if your rim get cosmetically damaged, you can send them a picture, and if they can fix it theyll do it for free, for life.

I dig those axis wheels.... looks so good with those then lower the car... that doesn't void your warranty or would it? yeah my first post (in this forum anyway) :D

as far as i know, replacing a part of your car with an aftermarket voids the warranty on that item only. I think the C5s would look big enough in 19s (that picture was 18s) that i wouldnt have to lower the car and compromise the smoothness of ride, one of the reasons i bought the car.

Welcome to the board fdboost. I hope its your first post of many :)

I would lower it if I were you...

Get some progressive springs and it'll still be nice and smooth, but into the corneres you'll really notice the diffrence. Plus it would look awesome.

If your concerned with ride quality, I would suggent Eibach springs. in my exerepeincs, they have had the best daily drive characteristics. Not stiff enough to rattle your kidneys loose. I've had Eibach, Intrax twice, and Suspension Tech.. The intrax have by far been the stiffest, while the eibachs closeing to stock stiffness.
