Cosby 02-19-2007, 04:51 AM Due to legal issues involved with allowing images of people involved in sexual activities, we've removed all moderation on the sex and relationship forum. You should be able to use any and all of the features. Please keep in mind that administrators and moderators will NOT be monitoring this forum and as such will not be held accountable for your posts but rather you will. Say No To Pistons 02-19-2007, 04:56 AM WHo cares. It's still a ghost town in there. Eatmyclutch 02-19-2007, 04:59 AM \/ He owned. ------------------------------------------/\ and he likes little boys. Cosby 02-19-2007, 05:14 AM I know it's six in the morning but reread the post fools. Say No To Pistons 02-19-2007, 05:20 AM I know, but i'm just saying. It doesn't matter what you do since the chances of something happening is slim to none. Cosby 02-19-2007, 06:08 AM well I'm hoping a biproduct of this change will be increased usage and a positive change in content quality Say No To Pistons 02-19-2007, 06:36 AM Hah, positive change in content quality. Wht would you like to see, Chris? Cosby 02-19-2007, 06:51 AM Less 404 errors. Manntis 02-19-2007, 09:45 AM COs - Craigslist recently won a case that set a precident - under Section 230 of the Common Decency Act, websites that feature user-posted content (even with mod oversight) are not liable for that posted content. The key phrase: No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider. This differs from the watermarked pictures you used to host, because the watermarking made you the publisher rather than leaving it clear that the content was posted by forum members. While the case brought against CraigsList was silly (a class-action that contended "roommate wanted" ads that said "near a church" were a violation of Freedom of Religion, "female roommate wanted" violated the civil rights of men, blah blah blah) the precident is an important one. As long as the content isn't blatantly illegal (warez, copyright violations, lolita, beastiality) you should be fine. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_230_of_the_Communications_Decency_Act J_R 02-19-2007, 06:32 PM well I'm hoping a biproduct of this change will be increased usage and a positive change in content quality What are you looking for, higher quality porn? Tony 02-19-2007, 06:34 PM What are you looking for, higher quality porn? I think he is just looking for porn in general. wotnartd 02-19-2007, 06:38 PM I think he is just looking for porn in general. Aren't we all? Tony 02-19-2007, 06:44 PM Aren't we all? Yes. All porn is good porn. Well almost. That shit that R281 keeps linking me to is bad enough to make a black man blush. Cosby 02-19-2007, 06:58 PM Most of the stuff people post in there is outdated and dead now. A dead link causes a 404 error. Tony 02-19-2007, 07:06 PM Sorry thats all the real "porn" i could find at work and not get in any trouble. Animal 02-19-2007, 07:16 PM I'm sure I could help out a bit :eyecrazy: :evillaugh Say No To Pistons 02-19-2007, 09:09 PM anothersite.co.uk ;) |
