Stegall 02-18-2002, 03:36 PM How does a cook out sound for March the 2nd? Its a saturday. Possibly at Osobrne's house, if it would work for him. It will be the first large scale orginized meeting.
We could all eat and hang out, and let every one who dosn't know every one else, to get to know every one ! Cook hamburgers and the such. Every one bring a little bit of money ( few dollars ) to cover the cost, and eat what you want, until there is nothing left. Osborne and my self will orginize every thing,( others are welcome to help set it up ) can we can do late lunch earley dinner/meeting/then possibly head up to shady side, or check out the cruising scene. This meeting would be for all axis members, and any one else who may be intrested in axis. I persoanly guarantee a friendly enviroment, nice people, good food, and a fun all around afternoon.
Every one let me know what you think about it.
March the 2nd, earley afternoon. Eat around 4:30/5<img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>0 meeting afterwords.
It would be a good chance to get every one together and auctauly talk over some topics. Get Axis in the full swing of things !
This wont be a meeting to miss.
If time/date dosn't work then post here. They can be adjusted, but will favor the majority.
TRY TO BE AVALIABLE !!!!!

bimmergirl 02-18-2002, 08:10 PM Why do 50 million things seem to be happening that weekend??? Oh well, i'll be in Florida from Feb 28-March 4 for dance team nationals so i wont be here <img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('> if youd like to change it to the next weekend, id love all of yall forever, but if not, I suppose I shall have to survive

Lets have a cruise afterwards too. That should be pretty fun. I borrowed a few maps from the courthouse in polk county after I paid my $340 fine so I have a map for everyone <img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

I believe it was faster on take off but junior hit the naws too early.
zadams 02-19-2002, 10:09 PM I've been trying to make an appearance at one of ya'll meetings to see how AXIS is coming along but this is yet another that I won't be able to attend. Wish I could too cause the 944 has been running very well lately. Anyway i'll be down in Hilton Head for formal, being all dressy and flash and what not. (like the use of old skool adjectives there?)

Stegall 02-19-2002, 10:24 PM Several of us where at the auto X last sat Zach. Didn't see you around though.
zadams 02-20-2002, 09:24 AM Notice Allen that I had also posted on this message board that I would be in Spartanburg the past weekend and asked on this message board if anything would be going on there. Notice also that no-one responded (including yourself). Also please notice that the autocross previous to this past one in Clemson you were not in attendance, I however did stop in for a few hours. Don't be a tool.
ZoomZoomRx7gtu 02-20-2002, 11:00 AM wow, cant you feel the love?! <img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
Stegall 02-20-2002, 11:53 AM I wasn't trying to be an ass hole, unlike your self. I was only saying. My point was, had I seen you there, I would have come up and said hello. UNLIKE you I have to work constantly, on top of going to school. So don't whine like a little baby if I accidently miss one of your oh so important posts.
HighTachPrez 02-20-2002, 03:43 PM you're not missing anything zach
zadams 02-21-2002, 01:26 AM Maybe not but that's beside the point. The point is there is absolutely no need for negatively objective posts toward someone showing interest in another's organization, which is what happened here.
And Allen as for your post above, I would suggest removing the UNLIKE you statement, right now I have two jobs, go to school full time, serve in executive positions in two student organizations and am in the process of founding a company as well. Wanna see work? Come spend a day doing a job shadow on me, i'll even pay for your lunch. Assumptions are never a good way to go. I'd suggest that beyound this post we eliminate the negativity, it's never gotten us anywhere before and it's not going to do anything different this time.
Thanks,
ZA
I was going to close this topic but I'd rather people see what rude, spoiled brats you are. Especially you Clint.
Uglymexican19 02-21-2002, 10:07 AM True that osborne!

must i say it again kids?!
mUsTaNgQt 02-21-2002, 10:11 PM Ok...In no way am I trying to start nething in here but I'm just wondering....why is it that every time Allen posts something, SOMEONE ALWAYS has something smart a** to say back to him? I mean he'll just make a statement and then people will start jumping to conclusions and talk crap back to him....hmm....oh well...I was just wondering..
*~*JAMIE*~*
zadams 02-21-2002, 11:41 PM It's a long history of an interesting relationship, regardless I tend to read Allen's posts under a veil of defensivness, hence my response. BTW Allen I will be in Spartanburg this Saturday so if anything with AXIS is going on, planned or unplanned let me know, I am interested in seeing how things are going.
Thanks,
ZA
Hightach Tibby 02-22-2002, 12:11 AM come out w/ us....jon is coming down from charlotte/matthews and is gonna hang out w/ HTM, we'll probably check out axis, i for one can hopefully say that i'm friends w/ both groups so it doesn't matter too much to me...you havent' forgot us have you <img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>

Stegall 02-22-2002, 09:49 AM I don't mind Jonothan hanging around, or Ken, or maybe a few other HTM'ers but as far as you zach, your not welcome to any event AXIS holds. Clint, I think your the one thats missing every thing. I mean, regardless of AXIS's current position, you never do any thing with HTM... Each little city has their own "chapter" Spartanburg is down to about 2 people.. Let me remind you of the 5 or 6 people that quit HTM to come to AXIS. When was the last time you were able to get ALL of HTM together and meet them... HTM is nothing more then aout a 1/4 of you who auctauly autoX and the rest jsut post countless messages on the board. WOO HOO High Performance Posting! " My post # and psot time is faster than yours ! " " nuu uhh ! "

Hightach Tibby 02-22-2002, 11:30 AM actually...ken is now a GTU-II or a GT-II or something like that, as of today, or tomorrow we should get it up and running. all that is needed to my knowledge is the engine and the last of the wiring harness.
Allen, youre a moderator for AXIS now.

Lets see * * Spartanburg HTM
Garrett, Colby, Evan : All go to school some where other than Spartanburg, but im SURE that they value being "htm-s" members and compete in every auto cross event.
Zach Adams 944 porsche : Avid HTM-S memeber that lives in clemson *<img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> *.. Also, Daddy's 944 stays in spartanburg 90% of the time.
Ken : Good guy
Jonothan : Good guy
Jeff : Never auto X's
Clay : " I don't give a s*** about all that crap any more "
Clint : Causes a rotary engine to wear prematurely <img src="http://www.spartanburgracing.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>

Well thats simple, it started as a thread concerning an Axis event, then Zach had to get a hair up his ass and get all defensive, then here came your ten cents, stateing that "He wasn't missing any thing"
And as for your parents income, I'm not really worried about that.
Maybe some day like in your 40's or some time they'll require you to be responsible for your self, and maybe you'll be less of an egotistic ass hole.
My suggestion to you Clint and Zach, just don't even bother posting any thing in the Axis Thread. Because your not members, and there isnt any consideration for you to be one.
Any posts you post in the AXIS section, will be promptly deleted due to prior attitudes.
