Picked up my iBook from the Apple store around noon today.
Typed in my password for login and first experienced the joy of a new keyboard. Holy shit, my old one was worn out. This is 80% quieter than my old keyboard, and the keys are clicky!
Got home and did a full backup to an external HD. Reinstalled my RAM and wireless card and ran the hardware test again (30 minutes) and everything passed. The CD/DVD doesn't stick anymore, slides in nicely and doesn't make any nasty clicky-grindy sounds when the CD spins up.
It is *goddamn* nice to be back on a Mac. I don't know how people can stand to use windows every day.
Trackpad and enclosure are on backorder, they're going to call me when those come in. That's only a 1hr in-store repair.

If I didn't play so many games, I'd probably rock a mac.
I've heard that WoW plays smoooooth on them.

and Karl, trust me, WoW on my G5 w/ Cinema display is orgasmic. I tried playing it on my work laptop and it wasn't the same.

I'm trying to get back into playing WoW, but its getting old since my Guild has gone to pretty much nothing but MC raids.
